Does Congress need to subpoena eBay for aiding and abetting fraud?

Previous posts on this blog have very specifically pinpointed how Chinese fraudsters are allowed to rip people off on eBay, with that company going so far as to disband the fraud precention board. On it sat the president of the China Stamp Society, a US citizen who saw the need to protect US citizens from the fakery that is so rampant in China. The perception exists from this longstading situation that eBay is an agent of the Chinese Communist Party and its criminal cyber warriors who want to destroy America, what with their spies driving around top politicians who happen to be on the House Intelligence Committee. Last week someone with a 100% eBay rating as a buyer, and over 1,000 buys, bought some Chinese stamps in a tired mood, then realized immediately that they were not original as posted, but fakes or reprints. So I canceled the order in minutes, not allowing time for the dealer to get these shipped. She had 3 days to respond. She made no response, and stupid eBay refused to refund my money. They sent me a message to which I could not even reply! Rather than let time pass by with this, he called a number and got at first someone who just disappeared on the phone, and somehow instead of an eBay rep I ended up talking to an eBay porn dealer; how that happened we don't know, but he did not appreciate this, it just made eBay look dishonest and evasive. A second time he called, and they again lost the connection; a third time, and there was a bad connection - the phone he was using worked earlier, and has worked on every call made since then. Only when eBay is confronted with inconvenient facts does there seem to be any problem with it. The third eBay rep did call back, and he was surprisingly polite and listened while told that the offerings from the eBay dealer were obviously fake, and that many other buyers had complained not only about them being fakes but about not being able to return them. Here is the order in question: Seller: asdzxc201308 ( 457 ) Item title Price Shipping price Qty Item total CHINA 1970 w1-w20 chairman mao MINT VF used O.G original Z599 ( 323578834100 ) Paid on Apr-10-19 $68.88 $9.99 1 $68.88 ePacket delivery from China Estimated delivery: Thu. Apr. 25 - Wed. May. 15 I recommnend that people knowledgeable in Chinese stamps go to her site and see what I mean. eBay is NOT protecting American citizens, or other people's citizens, and Congress has every right to subpoena them and ask them WHY! Obviously those members of the House whose drivers are really Chinese spies may hate American, being in the pay of Chinese agents, and could well oppose and ridicule this. One does not expect Ilhan Omar or Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez to support any of this, but yes there are members of the House who do their jobs - just look at how Mark Zuckerberg was supbpoenad and had to show up and answer questions. On the stand, eBay would look not just stupid, but complicit in fraud; and could face federal criminal charges including mail fraud. Communist China watch out, we intend to pursue this not only in the House but right in front of you disgusting consulate here in NYC on 12th Avenue, stop killing girl babies and torturing Moslems and persecuting Falun Gong and Christians. Mainland Chinese Communist Party is a sick country, take your medicine. And take yours, eBay, Americans are not here to be ripped off and laughed at with your games on the phone and your messages to which no reply can be made.
